Neptune is currently the last planet in our solar system. It takes 165 years to orbit the sun once.
Scientists at the University of Leicester have studied the planet Neptune. It was then revealed that Neptune’s temperature had changed.
Research that has observed Neptune’s temperature changes over 17 years has found that the temperature of the coldest planet has dropped to minus 220 degrees Celsius, warming dramatically.
Although summer has arrived, much of the planet has been found to be cold. But experts have noticed that the planet’s south pole is warming again. The phenomenon has shocked scientists.

இந்நிலையில் லீசெஸ்டர் பல்கலைக்கழக விஞ்ஞானிகள் நெப்டியூன் கிரகத்தை ஆய்வு செய்தனர். அப்போது நெப்டியூனின் வெப்பநிலை மாறியிருப்பது தெரியவந்தது.
17 ஆண்டுகளில் நெப்டியூனின் வெப்பநிலை மாற்றங்களைக் கவனித்த ஆராய்ச்சியில், குளிர்ந்த கிரகத்தின் வெப்பநிலை மைனஸ் 220 டிகிரி செல்சியஸாகக் குறைந்து, வியத்தகு முறையில் வெப்பமடைவதைக் கண்டறிந்துள்ளது.
கோடை காலம் வந்துவிட்டது என்றாலும், கிரகத்தின் பெரும்பகுதி குளிர்ச்சியாக இருப்பது கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால் கிரகத்தின் தென் துருவம் மீண்டும் வெப்பமடைந்து வருவதை நிபுணர்கள் கவனித்துள்ளனர். இந்த நிகழ்வு விஞ்ஞானிகளை அதிர்ச்சியில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளது.
