The Indian Postal Service offers its services in all states, cities, villages and hilly areas of India. The next step is a new initiative by the Indian Postal Service to send parcels by drone. The initiative has been launched under the guidance of the Union Ministry of Communications. Parcels were sent by drone from Habe village in Bhuj taluka of Gujarat to Ner village in Kutch district. The drone, which covered a distance of about 46 km in just 25 minutes, was reported to have successfully delivered the parcel. Following the success of this initiative, the Indian Postal Service is expected to start drone deliveries in the coming days.

இந்திய அஞ்சல் துறை இந்தியாவின் அனைத்து மாநிலங்களிலும், நகரங்கள், கிராமங்கள் மற்றும் மலைப்பாங்கான பகுதிகளில் அதன் சேவைகளை வழங்குகிறது. அடுத்த கட்டமாக ட்ரோன் மூலம் பார்சல்களை அனுப்பும் புதிய முயற்சியை இந்திய தபால் துறை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது. மத்திய தகவல் தொடர்பு அமைச்சகத்தின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ் இந்த முயற்சி தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. குஜராத்தின் பூஜ் தாலுகாவில் உள்ள ஹபே கிராமத்தில் இருந்து கட்ச் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள நெர் கிராமத்திற்கு ட்ரோன் மூலம் பார்சல்கள் அனுப்பப்பட்டன. சுமார் 46 கி.மீ தூரத்தை வெறும் 25 நிமிடங்களில் கடந்த ட்ரோன், வெற்றிகரமாக பார்சலை டெலிவரி செய்ததாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இம்முயற்சியின் வெற்றியைத் தொடர்ந்து, இந்திய அஞ்சல் துறை வரும் நாட்களில் ட்ரோன் டெலிவரிகளை தொடங்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
