Chief Minister MK Stalin has said that all the youth should come forward with all the qualifications and skills to progress.
Today (Tuesday) is the 69th birthday of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, DMK leader MK Stalin. Today is the first birthday after taking over as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the DMK is excited.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister MK Stalin launched a skills development program for school and college students and youth at the Chennai Kalaivanar Arena. Cloud computing and artificial intelligence training is provided by the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation. Students are also taught Japanese, Chinese, Russian and French.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister MK Stalin said, “Starting my dream project of capacity building is the golden age of my life. The purpose of the I First Man project is to create students and youth first.
You can only succeed in a competitive world if you have the talent beyond graduation. All young people should have all kinds of qualifications and skills and be at the forefront of all progress.
There are job opportunities for educated youth. But, the qualification for that is low. Youth power is a handicapped community. The first project I started with was to get rid of it.
The project aims to transform students and youth into gifted students in education, research and thought. Young people should join the course of their choice and get a degree and get full clarity about it.
Study should be job-oriented rather than degree-based. Even those who have studied three degrees are reluctant to speak before four. I will be given training under the CM program to turn the younger force into full-fledged. It is also sad to say that there is no clear knowledge of a field. One thing to worry about is that learners are not unique.
Hope is born in you when students and young people shout that I am the first. I have come up with the CM plan keeping in mind the barrier of where we are going to get the job.
Training will be imparted under this program to improve language skills. From today you are going to become a new human being. The nations of the world are terrified at the sight of India’s young power. Students need to identify and act on individual talents. Study should be skill based. The goal is to improve the skills of young people by 2026
Do not study engineering or medicine as parents say. It is not enough to just pick and choose what you like and read it, there should be full clarity in the course of study.
It’s the first project that cares about the welfare of young people. The goal of the “I am First” project is to break down barriers within every human being, “he said.
இளைஞர்கள் நலனில் அக்கறை கொண்ட திட்டம் தான் “நான் முதல்வன் திட்டம்”..! முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்
இளைஞர்கள் அனைவரும் முன்னேற அனைத்து தகுதிகள், திறமைகளுடன் முன்வர வேண்டும் என முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
தமிழக முதலமைச்சர், தி.மு.க., தலைவர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினின் 69வது பிறந்தநாள் இன்று (செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை). தமிழக முதல்வராக பதவியேற்ற பிறகு இன்று முதல் பிறந்தநாள் என்பதால் திமுகவினர் உற்சாகமடைந்துள்ளனர்.
இதனிடையே, சென்னை கலைவாணர் அரங்கில் பள்ளி, கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள், இளைஞர்களுக்கான திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டத்தை முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு கழகம் மூலம் கிளவ்டு கம்ப்யூட்டிங் மற்றும் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. மாணவர்களுக்கு ஜப்பானிய, சீன, ரஷ்ய மற்றும் பிரஞ்சு ஆகிய மொழிகளும் கற்பிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
அந்த விழாவில் முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் பேசுகையில், “எனது கனவுத் திட்டமான திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்குவது எனது வாழ்வின் பொற்காலம். நான் முதல்வன் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் மாணவர்களையும் இளைஞர்களையும் முதலில் உருவாக்குவதுதான்.
பட்டப்படிப்பைத் தாண்டி திறமை இருந்தால் மட்டுமே போட்டி நிறைந்த உலகில் வெற்றி பெற முடியும். அனைத்து இளைஞர்களும் அனைத்து வகையான தகுதிகளையும் திறமைகளையும் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் அனைத்து முன்னேற்றத்திலும் முன்னணியில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
படித்த இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. ஆனால், அதற்கான தகுதி குறைவு. இளைஞர் சக்தி ஒரு குறைபாடுள்ள சமூகம். நான் தொடங்கிய முதல் திட்டம் அதை அகற்றுவதாகும்.
மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களை கல்வி, ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் சிந்தனையில் திறமையான மாணவர்களாக மாற்றுவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு இந்த திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இளைஞர்கள் தாங்கள் விரும்பும் படிப்பில் சேர்ந்து பட்டம் பெற்று அது குறித்து முழுத் தெளிவு பெற வேண்டும்.
படிப்பு என்பது பட்டப்படிப்பு சார்ந்ததாக இல்லாமல் வேலை சார்ந்ததாக இருக்க வேண்டும். மூன்று டிகிரி படித்தவர்கள் கூட நான்கு பேர் முன்பு பேச தயங்குகிறார்கள், இளைய சக்தியை முழு திறமைசாலியாக மாற்ற நான் முதல்வர் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். ஒரு துறையைப் பற்றிய தெளிவான அறிவு இல்லை என்று சொல்லவும் வருத்தமாக இருக்கிறது. கவலைப்பட வேண்டிய ஒரு விஷயம் என்னவென்றால், கற்பவர்கள் தனித்திறமை இல்லை என்பதே.
நான் தான் முதல்வன் என்று மாணவர்களும், இளைஞர்களும் உரக்கச் சொல்லும்போது உங்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கை பிறக்கிறது. எங்கு வேலை கிடைக்கப் போகிறோம் என்ற தடையை மனதில் கொண்டு முதல்வர் திட்டத்தை கொண்டு வந்துள்ளேன்.
மொழித் திறனை மேம்படுத்த இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும். இன்று முதல் நீங்கள் புதிய மனிதர்களாக மாறப் போகிறீர்கள். இந்தியாவின் இளம் சக்தியைக் கண்டு உலக நாடுகள் அஞ்சுகின்றன. மாணவர்கள் தனித்திறமைகளை கண்டறிந்து செயல்பட வேண்டும். படிப்பு என்பது திறன் சார்ந்ததாக இருக்க வேண்டும். 2026-க்குள் இளைஞர்களின் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதே இலக்கு
பெற்றோர் சொல்வதற்காக பொறியியல், மருத்துவம் படிக்காதீர்கள். உங்களுக்கு விருப்பமானதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அதில் சேரவும் மற்றும் படித்தால் மட்டும் போதாது, படிக்கும் படிப்பில் முழு தெளிவு இருக்க வேண்டும்.
இளைஞர்கள் நலனில் அக்கறை கொண்ட திட்டம் தான் நான் முதல்வன் திட்டம். ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனுக்குள்ளும் உள்ள தடைகளை தகர்த்தெறிவதே “நான் முதல்வன்” திட்டத்தின் குறிக்கோள்,” என்றார்.
